Return policy:
You have 30 days from the date of purchase (for in-store purchases) or the date of delivery (for online orders) to initiate a return. We issue refunds in the form of store credit. Your store credit will be issued once we have received and processed your returned item(s). Return shipping is on us, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for your return. To complete your return, we require a valid proof of purchase. For in-store purchases, provide your original customer receipt. For online orders please provide your order confirmation email or order number.
Warranty:
All products are covered by a one-year limited warranty from the original date of purchase. This warranty covers any technology issues, manufacturing defects, or faults that occur during the normal use of the product. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear from regular use over time, damage caused by accidents, misuse, or improper care, or products that have been modified or altered.
